Poetry Overcoming are one off 3-4 hour Poetry and Expressive Art Therapy workshops for between 8 – 16 participants. Also designed to raise self- esteem and self–efficacy, explore emotions, raise self awareness, improve social skills and address unresolved emotions; however they themed around overcoming specific emotional core issues:
